The search function allows you to retrieve member information and subsequently modify or delete member accounts from the search results. Currently you may search by credit card number (no spaces or dashes) or email address (case sensitive). Email addresses are ALWAYS changed to ALL LOWER CASE by the software for maintenance purposes. The software also removes extra characters (space, /, -) from the system in order to optimize efficiency and performance.
