SmartHQ provides absolutely all of the aforementioned subscriber benefits at deeply low monthly rates and is only able to maintain low membership fees by utilizing a do-it-yourself support system.
Do It Yourself Support
SmartHQ.com provides helpful installation instructions, frequently asked questions and answers and additional pertinent technical information so that you, as a SmartHQ member, may install and customize all SmartHQ products. SmartHQ staff cannot install, configure or customize any product or service for you. SmartHQ staff will make every attempt to answer your general questions regarding any script or service but cannot bug check, run diagnostics or provide any additional support. This policy allows SmartHQ.com's subscriptions to remain less than $7 a month. The SmartHQ staff will gladly help each member as much as possible, however, you may not receive a response for up to 72 hours. Currently SmartHQ is dedicated to ensuring the affordability of the SmartHQ membership(s), please bare that in mind when requesting support as heavy support demands will force SmartHQ to raise monthly membership dues aversely affecting the service and all members. We do not wish to do that, please respect the support policy.
Paid Support
SmartHQ staff will install, configure and customize scripts for $49 per installation. This fee includes all necessary customizations, including CSS creation, optimization, database setup and implementation as well as design customizations as needed.
All other warranties, terms and conditions, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise relating to information and material on this site or sites accessed through this site are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
